Cold Harbor Brewing is the latest brewery to open in Central, Mass. F.O.A.M. member, Mark Vigneaux attended their grand opening on September 12th. Cold Harbor currently has five beers on tap and offers tastings only at this time (they have not yet obtained all of the appropriate licenses and permits to sell). Mark sampled a variety of the beers on tap and thought they they were all very good. He and his wife, Jess, both chose the Maris American Pale Ale as their favorite.
